How It Works

1. Let us know you’d like to pay with Klarna
   When booking online, at the final stage of confirmation you will see a box asking if you have any other preferences - add a note here to say you’d like to “pay with Klarna” - nice and simple!

2. If you’d rather call or email us
   If you’d prefer to book over the phone or email, once you’ve received your confirmation email you may forward that to us with the subject line “pay with klarna” and we will have it ready for you.

3. Sit back and await your payment link!
   Once you’ve arrived for your appointment and have checked in on our system, our reception team will send your payment link to your mobile number, ready for you to choose your payment option with Klarna from pay in 3, to pay in 30 days. At the end of your appointment visit our reception team to complete the service, you’ll then be able to manage your payment schedule going forward directly through the Klarna app!
